Damp Report
Damp can destroy a caravan in very little time.
To identify problems we offer a comprehensive damp report for your caravan or motor-home. We create a profile for your caravan /motor-home which is recorded and can be used as reference as to any potential damp issues.

Habitation Service
This service includes the general internal inspection of your caravan or motorhome.
We carry out safety tests on your gas and electric systems, check the operation of internal fittings and fixtures and carry out a detailed damp report.

Gas Inspection
A Caravanalia gas report ensures that systems are in a healthy and safe working order.
Our gas safety inspection includes flame out testing, pressure testing and CO monitoring of all appliances.

Floor Delamination Repair
We can offer a cost effective solution to your spongy floor!
A caravan floor is made up of laminated insulation and timber. Over a period of time the bond between these two surfaces can break down, leading floor delamination and a spongy floor.

* Please note that this repair requires the lifting of carpets and vinyl flooring, which may require replacement once our repair is completed.

Call Out Charge
Our call out charge rate (within a 10 mile radius) is £55.00 (this includes the first 30 minutes of labour)
Each additional hour is charged at £55.00.
​
If you are outside of the 10 mile radius, then the initial call out charge and first 30 minutes is £65.00.
Each additional hour is £55.00
Repairs
Repairs are charged at a rate of £55.00 per hour (plus fuel if you are outside of a 10 mile radius).
​
You would also be charged for all parts and materials used.
